Press “5” for specialised support with flood-related issues

The NDIS is providing support over the phone to participants affected by the floods. This hotline can help link you to the local supports and services you might need.

Calls from participants affected by the severe weather events are being prioritised.

If you have experienced damage to your AT due to floodwaters or other causes, the NDIS Contact Centre can authorise funds for replacement or repair over the phone even without funding in your plan.
